Returns Policy

All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges except for if flaws in workmanship are found. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at tatajewelryy@gmail.com within 72 hrs of receiving the item. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.

The item in question will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for a return. In case the return complies with what is required, a credit will be given from our line. 

No refunds, store credit only.
